I have a problem with NEXT YE 18500 HD Plus receiver , i tried to restore factory setting but it didn't work instead the device restarted continuously , then i could log in to Menu and i upgraded the software by USB but wrongly with 18500 HD software not the 18500 HD PLUS software , now the device is not working at all even the display on the front panel does not light up just like the main electricity cable is not connected but it is connected . Kindly can you help me to solve this problem ?
